Shipping policy

Shipping Details:

• All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase.
• You can expect your order to arrive within 6-12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking and Confirmation:

• Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
• This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customer Responsibility:

• Please note that once tracking indicates the package has been delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer, to avoid parcel being lost or stolen at the doorstep. However, your satisfaction is our top priority so our support team will always help you in either case. 
• After 24-48 hour period of your order being processed, we're unable to cancel ANY orders due to them being registered within the warehouse, we are unable to pull the shipment back.
  
  However, if you no longer wish to have the order, you will have an option of refusing it upon delivery, or paying for the shipping expenses and returning the product to our warehouse.
  
  As soon as we receive the order in either cases, we will honor the money back guarantee.
